New Life Church's mission is to make disciples in the Pikes Peak region, by calling people to worship, connect and serve.
Job Summary:
The Production Director at New Life East oversees Sunday audio-visual production including all staff and volunteers and works closely with the Lead Pastor and Worship Pastor to ensure that New Life East's worship services and online presence are excellent and well-supported.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Sunday production team and ensure all technical elements (audio, visuals, livestream) are running smoothly.
  • Support the Production Lead and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Help maintain a culture of excellence and calm in the tech/production environment.
  • Ensure that production setup, strike, and storage are consistent and efficient.
  • Manage and respond to calls and emails as needed.
  • Assist the department in coordinating various tasks and procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisor about departmental issues.
  • Assist supervisor with special projects, events, and diverse tasks in support of the department.
  • Attend department meetings, regular all-staff meetings and other meetings as required.
  • Utilize a thorough understanding of the New Life Church employee policies and procedures.
  • Work in close association with the entire staff to build and maintain a strong team environment.
  • Cooperate with leadership by performing any other duties when asked to do so.

Education and Experience:
Education: High School Diploma. Some college or tech school preferred.
Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in ministry.

Physical Demands:
  • Regularly required to sit and occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Close visual acuity to is necessary to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
