Job description

Overview

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington Chief Technology and Innovation Officer

For over a century, Catholic Community Services of Western Washington (CCSWW) has provided services for youth, immigrants, older adults, and people experiencing homelessness throughout western Washington state. Our 4000+ employees and volunteers come from many faith traditions to serve and support poor and vulnerable people through the provision of quality, integrated services and housing. Our mission and our focus is for those individuals, children, families, and communities struggling with poverty and the effects of intolerance and racism. We actively join with others to work for justice.

To support our mission, CCSWW is seeking a dynamic and cutting-edge leader to fill the role of Chief Technology and Innovation Officer (CTIO). As the CTIO, you will advance our mission by leveraging technology to expand our reach, improve service delivery, and achieve operational efficiency across all programs and locations throughout western Washington.

In this role, the CTIO will develop a comprehensive and innovative technology strategy, overseeing all aspects of our IT delivery, infrastructure modernization, and digital innovation. This position requires a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between technology capabilities and mission-driven social services, ensuring that our technology investments directly support improved outcomes for the communities we serve.

Successful candidates will bring with them an innovative and can-do attitude, unafraid of change and putting forth novel ways of approaching complex and long-standing technology challenges. Candidates will have not only a textbook understanding of technology but a powerful drive and mission to empower individuals to use technology to better both their professional and personal lives.

With visionary leadership, impeccable financial oversite and budget management, and a mission driven mindset, successful candidates will be able to transform our technology infrastructure into a model that provides tangible benefits to CCSWW employees and the communities they serve.
