  • Encouraging open dialogue about emotions and experiences, helping clients gain insights into their thoughts and relationships.
  • Advocating for clients by assisting them in defining their personal goals and outlining actionable steps to achieve them.
  • Evaluating clients’ mental health status, creating personalized treatment plans, and implementing strategies based on a solution-focused therapeutic approach.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client sessions and treatment plans while minimizing administrative burdens through our dedicated counselor portal.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LPC, you will be instrumental in delivering culturally competent care, understanding the unique challenges faced by each client, and tailoring your approach accordingly. Building a strong therapeutic alliance will be essential in fostering trust and support.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the State Board, enabling you to practice independently without supervision.
  • Exemplary clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to manage a personalized caseload effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature that allows you to connect and resonate with clients.
  • Strong computer literacy, enabling efficient use of telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

  • Experience in a telehealth setting, particularly in managing a virtual caseload.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and deliver culturally responsive care.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual income between USD 90,000 – 104,000 based on hours worked. In addition to a lucrative salary, we offer an array of benefits including:

  • Sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
  • Weekly direct deposit for financial convenience.
  • Comprehensive health insurance for full-time counselors.
  • Flexible hours, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle and commitments.
  • A customized caseload that aligns with your expertise and therapeutic style.
  • Unlimited referrals, ensuring your calendar is filled with clients suited to your specialties.
  • Minimal paperwork through our streamlined administrative processes.
  • Access to our user-friendly counselor portal for scheduling, client management, and session documentation.
