Responsibilities

We are looking for a Hair Stylist to join TEAM BLEAU! You will be responsible to perform creative hair services and makeup applications to guests to ensure profitability, quality standards and services, and guest satisfaction. 

 Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following: 
  • Specialize in dressing hair to latest style, period, or character portrayal following instructions from guests and standard of spa protocols.
  • Perform treatments to designed standards on a timely basis and provide superior guest services.
  • Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
  • Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.
  • Maintain towel, linen, and hair/makeup supplies.
  • Assist customers with questions and sell goods and products to meet retail sales goal.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff. 
    • Minimum of two years related experience in a spa or resort environment preferred.
    • High school education or equivalent.  Technical school certification required.
    • Current Certification from State Board of Cosmetology required.
