The Flex Security Patrol Officer (Day/Swing/Grave/Weekend) is a dependable, adaptable, and highly responsive team member responsible for covering high-priority shifts across multiple sites. This role is critical in maintaining a strong presence during afternoon, overnight, weekend, and high-activity operational hours, ensuring safety, deterrence, and rapid response.

  • Provide coverage for swing shifts, graveyard shifts, and weekend assignments across multiple locations
  • Provide high-visibility patrol and access control at client sites

  • Conduct proactive patrols (foot and/or vehicle) with an emphasis on deterrence and engagement
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas to maintain site security

  • Observe, document, and report all incidents, hazards, and suspicious activity
  • Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports using company platforms

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (if applicable)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites

Physical Requirements:
