Customer Service-Call Center for Medical Billing

Part-Time & Full-Time | In-office | Flexible scheduling within business workday hours between (8:00AM – 6:00PM-CDT)

Fusion Anesthesia is launching a new call center, and we are seeking reliable, detail‑oriented Customer Service Medical Billing Specialists to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Medical Billing Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer support, assist with billing inquiries and process payments over the phone. This is an interactive position, where you will take inbound and make outbound calls

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Medical Billing Specialist will perform tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls related to billing questions, insurance, balance resolution, and general account inquiries.
  • Process payments over the phone accurately and securely.
  • Provide clear, professional communication to patients, guarantors, insurance representatives and internal team members.
  • Gather, verify, and document client information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work independently to complete assigned tasks following established procedures and best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the needs of the call center and organization.
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients to provide billing updates, collect payments, and offer assistance with billing questions

Qualifications & Requirements
