Job description

Just Solutions, Inc. is hiring a full- or part-time Tech Business Development and Sales Manager in Fairport, NY. You can earn between $50,000 and $100,000/year, depending on your base pay, performance-based pay, and bonuses. We offer extra rewards for new sales, staying with us for six months, and renewing agreements each year. You'll have a flexible work schedule with time in the office and time working from home. Plus, you have the chance to increase your earnings and have more control over your paycheck.

You will spend time calling and meeting business leaders, learning about their problems, and showing them how Just Solutions, Inc. can help. You'll use your sales skills to build trust, answer questions, and explain our services in simple terms. You will also work with our technical team to help new clients get started and make sure they are happy with our services. Your main goal is to find new clients and help the company grow.

  • Strong consultation, networking, and business development skills
  • High levels of emotional intelligence with the ability to adjust your approach to fit the customer
  • Ability to clearly explain technology in simple terms, thoroughly answer questions, and explain how the solution aligns with the client's needs
