Job description

Intrinsic Motivational Behavioral Services
Part-Time | Remote | Indiana

Intrinsic Motivational Behavioral Services is seeking a qualified HSPP (Health Service Provider in Psychology) to provide part-time, remote professional support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This is a flexible, per-plan position for a qualified professional seeking supplemental remote work. We will provide behavioral support plans and supporting documentation electronically for review.

Primary Responsibilities

The HSPP will:

·       Review behavioral support plans developed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

·       Provide professional feedback, recommendations, and guidance regarding behavioral support strategies and interventions.

·       Advise staff regarding appropriate revisions or modifications when needed.

·       Ensure plans are clinically appropriate and consistent with applicable professional standards.

·       Review supporting documentation as necessary to evaluate the plan.

·       Provide required professional oversight and sign off on completed plans when appropriate.

·       Communicate electronically with the Intrinsic Motivational Behavioral Services team regarding questions, recommendations, or needed revisions.

·       Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other applicable privacy requirements.

Position Details

·       Part-time / supplemental work

·       Remote

·       Plans and documentation are provided electronically.

·       Work can generally be completed independently.

·       Compensation is paid per completed plan.

·       Caseload may vary depending on the number of plans requiring review.

·       No routine office attendance is required.

Qualifications

Applicants must:

·       Meet applicable Indiana HSPP qualification/licensure requirements.HSPP (Health Service Provider in Psychology) in Indiana a doctoral degree in psychology—typically a Ph.D. or Psy.D.—and must be licensed as a psychologist in Indiana with the HSPP endorsement.

·       Be located in Indiana and able to provide professional services in Indiana.

·       Have knowledge of behavioral assessment, behavioral interventions, and positive behavioral supports.

·       Be comfortable reviewing clinical documentation electronically and providing professional recommendations.

·       Maintain all required professional credentials in good standing.

Experience with Indiana developmental disability services, Medicaid waiver services, behavioral support services, or person-centered behavioral planning is strongly preferred.
