Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on restaurant professional to join our team! 
At Blue Crab Grill, our managers are working managers - they lead the shift while also serving, bartending, and jumping in wherever the restaurant needs support. We're looking for someone who can confidently take charge of a shift, lead the team and maintain our service standards while working alongside everyone else. 

⭐️ THE RIGHT PERSON WILL HAVE:
  • Previous restaurant management, assistant management, or strong shift-lead experience
  • The ability to independently run a restaurant shift
  • Strong front-of-house and guest-service experience
  • Experience coaching and holding staff accountable
  • Confidence with handling guest concerns and service recovery
  • Cash handling and manager responsibilities 
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills
SCHEDULE
We're specifically looking for someone who can consistently commit to:
SUNDAYS + 2 additional shifts during the week
Daytime/opening availability is strongly preferred. 
Additional hours may be available depending on availability and business needs.
