Position Summary Research Assistant provides administrative support services for clinical research principal investigators and other members of the research team. Primary responsibilities include screening potential study patients, collecting consent forms, and enrolling patients for the assigned research project. Throughout the clinical trials, the Research Assistant collects and enters data from research participants, contacts families to follow-up on outstanding items, developing and/or maintaining study documentation. As a primary contact for all families within the communities we serve, the ability to create and maintain effective relationships with patients, parents, and legal guardians, is a must. This individual will receive daily direction from the assigned member of the Clinical Research leadership team. *Associate's degree or equivalent knowledge/experience, required. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); including database and mainframe software and research measurement tools. *Demonstrated proficiency with data entry for large, detailed projects in an analytical setting. *Ability to participate in research subject identification, recruitment, and enrollment under supervision. *Active problem solving, flexibility, and self-motivation. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee's scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs. In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, background investigation, and compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
