Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC)

Compensation: 60% of Net Collections; paid bi-weekly (Estimated annual earning potential of up to $70,000)
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Full or Part-Time)
Schedule: Build your own schedule between Monday-Friday
Location: This is an in person role based out of Lake Mary, FL

Role Summary

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.


Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities to children, adolescents and adults
  • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Mimimum active caseload of 20 clients per week required
  • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
  • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation: 60% of Net Collections
    • (Estimated annual earning potential of up to $70,000 depending on hours worked)

Requirements

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC in Florida
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Ability to provide therapy independently
  • Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
  • Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
Licensed Therapist Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure outpatient clinical experience preferred
