Job description

The Club at 12 Oaks is looking for an energetic, professional, and service-focused Part-Time Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.
Our bartenders play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, knowledgeable about beverages, and comfortable working in an upscale country club environment.

Position Details:
  • Position: Part-Time Bartender.
  • Schedule: Friday–Sunday Required.
  • Location: The Club at 12 Oaks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to club members and guests.
  • Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
  • Take beverage orders and process transactions accurately through the club's POS system.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and other beverage offerings.
  • Follow all club standards for responsible alcohol service.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and bar setup.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance while representing The Club at 12 Oaks.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, managers, and other Food & Beverage team members.
  • Create a welcoming environment and consistently deliver exceptional member service.
  • Assist with events and special functions as needed.
