Job Description:
• Produce quality business requirement artifacts - may include Business Process Models, User Stories, Use Cases, Business Rules, Non-Functional Specifications, and User Interface Design Specifications - for the largest and most complex projects.
• Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow
• Coordinate multi-team projects to determine what work your team may need to build in tandem with other teams. Organize and prioritize the team's product backlog to match.
• Dive deep in understanding our loan process and workflows within pods to understand how enhancements will impact our borrower experience, sales & operations, and other downstream functions in the organization.
• Puts the customer and/or end users first when diving deep and researching a new feature or enhancement.
• Work quickly without waiting to identify the right SMEs and stakeholders in the organization in order to gather the information needed to document what a new feature or enhancement is and how it solves a particular business problem.
• Act as a liaison and translator to end users, customers, and stakeholders.
• You are a self-starter, self-motivated, proactive, & take initiative without asking for permission. You're willing to set & negotiate deadlines and be comfortable working with technical and business teams.
• Working directly with product development teams answering questions that arise through discovery during software implementation efforts
• Track, quantify & share wins gained from deployed system features and process enhancements.
• Be engaged throughout the whole product development life-cycle and keep the bar for quality high (while keeping the end user and customer top of mind!).
• Work directly with all levels through senior & executive management across the organization and be considered the highest-level functioning expert.
• Provide walk-throughs and demos of completed software features to the business.
• Clearly communicate and set and re-set expectations with executive management on the team's backlog, what has been completed, what is planned to be completed, and any challenges the team is facing, or help & support is needed.
