Job description

Position Summary:
The 8 Bar VIP Attendant serves drinks and food to guests in compliance with all Company and healthdepartment standards and policies. Responsible for processing transactions in compliance with Company'sprocedures as well as knowledge and familiarity of cocktails and prices. Performs side work, such asretrieving glasses and other duties as needed. Maintains VIP Lounge and Bar and serves table games inthe VIP area.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promotingour values.
2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, andprocedures.
3. Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs.
4. Responsible to inventory all items behind bar.
5. Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so. Comply with Boardof Health Standards.
6. Know where the MSDS booklet is located for your area.
7. Display knowledge of all emergency procedures.
8. Inform manager on duty of any Team Member and Guest opportunities.
9. Continuously observe and anticipate Guests' needs in order to fill any and all Guest opportunities.
10. Be familiar with cocktails and prices in order to fill any request for service.
11. Complete assigned side-work and any additional task with a manner of teamwork.
12. Must retrieve all glassware and wash in the pit and slots area surrounding the Bar.
13. Maintain a clean and well-stocked service station, including, but not limited to all glassware,condiments, coffee and dry goods. Responsible to stock all items behind bar (including liquor, beer,N.A. beverages, paper supplies, glassware, etc.)
14. Responsible for all liquor requisitions. Verify the form against the accrual product received and make anotation of all items not received. In bottle for bottle exchange, it is the responsibility of the 8 Bar VIPAttendant to notify beverage management of all shortages and overages on the delivery.
15. Maintain VIP Lounge and Bar while preparing own beverages and serving table games in the VIP area.
16. Must be able to present, cut and properly light cigars.
17. Must possess knowledge of the core wine list items and skill in presenting, opening and pouring of theproducts.
18. Must fully understand how to operate the point of sales system. Responsible for the handling ofCompany funds through room charges, comps and cash transactions on the POS system inaccordance with the Company policies and procedures.
19. Responsible for all cash variances +/-$10.00
20. Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards pursuant to Graton Resort & Casino's policies.
21. Must be knowledgeable about property amenities and resources and communicate these to our VIPGuests. Must demonstrate teamwork with the casino hosts, table games management and slots, inaddition to the beverage management team.
22. Must be able to utilize cleaning supplies including stainless steel cleaner, disinfectants, and all-purposecleaners.
23. Must possess knowledge of all types of glasses and brand names of products offered. Be familiar withitems that may be substituted for others.

Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written andverbal form.
2. Must manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
3. Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and mature decision making.
4. Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
5. Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining safety, health and
service standards.
6. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds of product.
2. Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
3. Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for duration of shift.
