To thrive as a Part Time Banner Towing Pilot, you need a valid commercial pilot license (CPL), strong airmanship skills, and experience with low-and-slow flight operations, often supported by a tailwheel endorsement. Familiarity with banner towing equipment, FAA regulations (such as the waiver under FAR 91.311), and flight planning software is important.
