Job description

Fox Motors has an Office Assistant opening in Mecosta, Mi at Fox Powersports Lakeside Marine. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by providing support to the office manager and dealership teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Part-Time Office Assistant provides administrative support to the dealership and helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Working 2-3 days per week, this position assists with customer service, data entry, filing, document management, and other clerical duties while supporting the sales, service, parts, and accounting departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced powersports and marine environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Assist with processing dealership paperwork, invoices, and customer records.
  • Support sales, service, parts, and accounting departments with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of company information.
  • Assist with office organization and general clerical duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Complete other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
