The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about solving problems through technology? As an experienced tech professional, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective low-code/no-code technologies, workflow automations, and technical integrations is crucial for an organization's future. You're eager to expand your experience and Army Headquarters operations knowledge to redefine what's possible and achieve it. We're looking for someone like you to help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital transformation architecture from roadmap to implementation.
As a digital transformation architect on our team, you'll be trusted to modernize and create efficiency in business processes by implementing application solutions, workflow automations, and data visualizations. Using low-code/no-code tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Palantir Foundry, and WordPress, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders and other team members to enhance your expertise in technical ecosystems and implement transformative user-driven solutions.
In this role, you'll directly impact Army strategic investments by building transformative solutions that are essential to designing and managing innovation efforts to best overcome Army technology challenges. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:
  • Experience designing workflows or automating processes using Power Automate
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Palantir Foundry including building dashboards or basic data models
  • Knowledge of working with relational data or databases, such as Dataverse or SQL
  • Ability to build and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps in a professional or project-based environment
  • Ability to apply technical expertise to build transformative solutions including basic data cleaning, data visualization, web development, or knowledge management techniques as appropriate to project needs
  • Ability to translate end-user requirements into low-code/no-code-based solutions, in coordination with designers and business process engineers
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Systems Engineering and 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform or Palantir Foundry development or 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform or Palantir Foundry development in lieu of degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with WordPress development, including customizing templates or working with plugins
  • Experience in DAX expressions and PowerFX formulas
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, RESTful APIs and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue or server-side technologies such as Python, Node, or PHP including integration architectures using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or API Management
  • Experience using programming languages to support data transformations and analytics
  • Experience developing production-grade applications or workflows using Palantir Foundry, including building pipelines, ontologies, data transformations, or operational applications
  • Experience working with the Department of War such as Service Headquarters, Federal or State IT offices, or government and public sector policy
  • Low-code/no-code or software development Certification, such as Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals PL-900, Microsoft Power Platform Developer PL-400, or App Maker Certification PL-10 Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
