Job Summary:
The Restaurant Worker at Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln in MORROW, Georgia is a key role in providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests. This is a part-time, hourly position in the auto industry. The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests who visit our dealership.
Compensation & Benefits:
As a part-time Restaurant Worker, you will receive competitive hourly pay. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in the auto industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome to the dealership.
2. Take and deliver food and drink orders to guests in a fast and efficient manner.
3. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area.
4. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
5. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
7. Communicate any guest concerns or complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
8. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
9. Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service to our guests.
10. Assist with other tasks and duties as needed to support the overall functioning of the dealership.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. Cash handling experience is a plus.
7. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
8. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
