Job description

Benzeen Auto Parts has been serving its customers for over 16 years with all late model vehicle parts, and we are looking for a Facility Tech to join our stellar team! As a Facility Tech
Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the Marysville site. Supporting the production team with special projects.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Building custom pallets and engine carts
  • Maintain all yard buildings
  • Dump trash bins and keep yard clean
  • Clean and maintain Marysville main office; including dismantler breakroom.
  • Support welding projects, custom fabrications
  • Custom build YPP racks and Benzeen vehicle racks
  • Work on special projects with guidance from the leader
  • Maintain and control wood, metal, and fastener supplies
  • Support other departments with tasks
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED and/or one (1) year warehouse experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Warehouse experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Welding experience
  • Excellent decision making skills and ability to self-direct
  • Good interpersonal communication skills

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to perform a variety of tasks in all kinds of weather/seasons
  • Physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift heavy objects
  • Ability to lift/load/unload up to 75 lbs.
  • Will be required to wear proper PPE
