Are you currently enrolled in college or a recent college graduate looking for an opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience while building your skills?

Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is looking for a Part-Time Auto Sales Trainee to join our team.

No automotive sales experience is preferred. We will teach you the automotive business from the ground up through paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on experience.

What You'll Do

As an Auto Sales Trainee, you'll learn every aspect of the automotive sales process while working alongside an experienced team.

You'll learn how to:

  • Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
  • Learn and present Mazda vehicles, features, and technology
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Understand customer needs and help them find the right vehicle
  • Develop strong communication and sales skills
  • Work with customers from the initial conversation through delivery
  • Learn the fundamentals of automotive sales and finance
  • Follow proven sales processes and dealership systems
  • Work as part of a team to achieve individual and company goals
  • Develop the skills needed to advance into future opportunities
