In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional guest services. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring all front desk functions run smoothly through the night.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
  • Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly processed and recorded
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff
