Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part Time

At Astro ABA, we're dedicated to providing individualized support to children and families through our unique approach to applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Our team is passionate about empowering families to take an active role in their child's development, and we're seeking a talented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Delaware, OH.

Job Summary:

As an RBT at Astro ABA, you will work closely with our board-certified behavior analysts and other professionals to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise and compassion will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

  • Develop and maintain a positive, nurturing relationship with clients and their families

  • Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

  • Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • No experience in ABA therapy or a related field needed; willingness to learn and grow with our team
