About Our Family

We are a family of four with two daughters (11 and 13) and a 3 year old English bulldog. We own multiple businesses and manage them both onsite and from our home office. The businesses require our full-time attention during business hours and we are looking for someone to help manage the systems of our home so that we can have more energy and time to spend elsewhere.

We value efficiency, independence, and proactive problem-solving. Our home runs on the busier side, especially during the school year when both girls attend different schools and participate in activities. We are looking for someone who can step in, assess what needs to be done, and take ownership without constant direction. We appreciate respectful, polite professionals who can work independently, communicate clearly when needed, and respect professional boundaries in the home.

Our goal is to find someone who is well-organized that can smoothly run our household, implement systems, and handle errands so we can focus on our family and business knowing the details are managed.

Who You Are

You are organized, resourceful, and take initiative. You recognize what needs attention and handle it without being asked.
