As a Delivery Associate, you will be a key part of the last-mile delivery process, ensuring packages are delivered safely and efficiently, with a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, physically active role where you’ll work independently while being supported by a collaborative team.

Location: Plymouth, MA

Work Shifts: Morning, afternoon, weekday and/or weekend

Responsibilities:

  • Load and organize packages in the delivery vehicle prior to departure 

  • Use a smartphone and handheld devices for routing, scanning, and customer delivery updates 

  • Safely operate a company-provided cargo van following all traffic laws and company safety standards 

  • Deliver packages on time and in excellent condition across residential and commercial areas 

  • Navigate local routes, including city streets and highways, in various weather and lighting conditions 

  • Meet daily delivery targets and performance metrics 

  • Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery 

  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle 

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and Amazon delivery standards 

  • Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or safety incidents to management promptly 

  • Perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, and climbing in and out of the vehicle throughout the shift

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age 

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing 20–50 lbs 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment 

  • Strong navigation skills and ability to use GPS-based routing systems 

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset 

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic 

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous delivery or driving experience (e.g., Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or similar) 

  • Customer service experience 

  • Experience operating cargo vans or similar vehicles 

  • Comfortable using mobile apps and delivery technology 

  • Clean driving record over the past 5 years (subject to review)
