As a full stack developer, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. If you're looking for the chance to not just develop software, but to create a system that will make a difference, we need you on our team. We're looking for a seasoned developer like you with the expertise needed to build software and systems from vision to production ready.
This role is more than just coding. As a lead full stack developer at Booz Allen, you'll oversee a team as they learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You'll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

What You'll Work On:
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services across the full stack.

  • Develop robust server-side logic, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in software engineering.

Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods
  • 8+ years of experience with software development using basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
  • Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, Go, or .NET
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
