Location: Spartanburg, SC (flexible work locations: your home, client's residence, senior helpers office occasionally)

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, and overseeing the implementation of personalized care plans for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of in-home care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' physical, mental, and psycho-social needs to develop individualized care plans.
  • Care Plan Development: Collaborate with clients, families, and the care team to create and update personalized care plans that address identified needs.
