Job description

Position Description: Provides intelligence analysis support to ARCENT staff planning, operations, force protection, theater security cooperation, and contingency operations. Conducts research and analysis of information derived from multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT sources. Produces intelligence assessments, threat analyses, operational environment studies, and intelligence estimates supporting operational planning and decision-making. Assists in development of intelligence annexes, intelligence preparation of the operational environment (IPOE), and targeting support products. Coordinates with Joint, Coalition, Interagency, and National-level intelligence organizations to integrate intelligence products into operational plans and assessments.Minimum Experience: 10 Years Education: Bachelor's Degree Clearance: Top Secret/SCICore Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe All Source Intelligence Analyst shall:Provide all-source intelligence analysis in support of ARCENT operational planning, current operations, force protection, theater security cooperation activities, and contingency operations.Collect, evaluate, analyze, and integrate intelligence information from multiple intelligence disciplines, including Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), and other available sources.Produce timely and accurate intelligence assessments, threat analyses, operational environment studies, intelligence estimates, and decision-support products for senior leaders and staff planners.Conduct Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE) to assess adversary capabilities, intentions, vulnerabilities, and potential courses of action.Develop and maintain intelligence products that support operational planning, campaign development, targeting, force protection, and mission execution.Support planning efforts through preparation of intelligence annexes, intelligence estimates, collection plans, intelligence synchronization products, and operational assessments.Analyze political, military, economic, social, information, infrastructure, physical environment, and time (PMESII-PT) variables affecting ARCENT operations and strategic objectives.Monitor regional and global developments to identify emerging threats, opportunities, risks, and trends affecting operations within the ARCENT Area of Responsibility (AOR).Coordinate intelligence activities and information sharing with Joint, Coalition, Interagency, Combatant Command, Service Component, and National-level intelligence organizations.Develop and deliver intelligence briefings, executive summaries, and situational updates to commanders, staff, and mission partners.Support targeting processes by producing intelligence products that identify high-value targets, assess target systems, and contribute to target development and prioritization efforts.Evaluate intelligence reporting for relevance, reliability, and accuracy, ensuring intelligence products meet operational requirements and support informed decision-making.Maintain intelligence databases, knowledge repositories, and analytical tools to support intelligence production and information management requirements.Participate in planning teams, operational working groups, boards, centers, and cells to provide intelligence support and subject matter expertise.Support crisis action planning, contingency operations, exercises, and wartime mission requirements by providing responsive intelligence analysis and assessments.Prepare and present intelligence updates related to regional security issues, adversary activities, threat networks, emerging technologies, and operational risks.Assist in developing collection requirements and intelligence requirements to address identified information gaps and commander priority intelligence requirements (PIRs).Collaborate with operational planners to ensure intelligence considerations are integrated throughout the planning, execution, and assessment process.Maintain awareness of current intelligence priorities, collection capabilities, and analytical methodologies to support mission success.Ensure all intelligence activities, products, and information handling comply with applicable Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army, Intelligence Community (IC), security, classification, and information-sharing policies.Maintain an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance and comply with all security requirements associated with the position.Perform additional intelligence analysis duties as directed by ARCENT leadership in support of mission accomplishment and operational readiness.
