About The Role
Fora is hiring an AI Production Coordinator to serve as the production engine behind our advisor training content. This role is responsible for turning briefs into polished, on-brand educational content that can be shipped with minimal review. The role will own production workflows across asynchronous lessons, recorded live sessions, and refreshed curriculum content while helping increase the speed and scale of content delivery across the business.
This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who genuinely enjoys production work and wants to deepen their expertise in AI-assisted content creation, video editing, and operational content workflows. The role works closely with Training, Advisor Success, and cross-functional partners to improve production capacity, maintain a high quality bar, and introduce new AI tooling into the content development process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own production output across async lessons, recorded live sessions, and refreshed curriculum content from intake through final delivery.
  • Edit and produce polished video and training content that aligns with Fora's brand and quality standards.
  • Manage production workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Training and Advisor Success teams to prioritize content updates, refreshes, and publishing schedules.
  • Support the production and publishing of cleaned and edited live recordings for advisor training.
  • Introduce and operationalize new AI production tools and workflows that improve efficiency, throughput, or quality.
  • Maintain strong quality control standards with extreme attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Work cross-functionally with training stakeholders and business units to support evolving learning and enablement needs.
  • Contribute to improving production speed and reducing content bottlenecks across the training roadmap.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Hands-on experience with video editing software and production workflows
  • Hands-on experience using AI generation or AI-assisted production tools
  • Experience owning projects or deliverables end-to-end under deadline pressure
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce polished, professional content
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high quality bar
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and operate with limited oversight
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to work in the United States and currently based in New York City or willing to relocate
Strongly Preferred
  • Experience in travel, creator economy, media, agency, or learning-focused environments
  • Depth in scriptwriting, copywriting, or educational content production
  • Demonstrated initiative through freelance work, creator projects, side projects, or independently built content channels
  • Experience supporting high-volume content production environments with fast turnaround times
  • Interest in emerging AI tooling and experimentation within creative or production workflows
  • Candidates who are excited by production as a craft and are seeking a long-term production-focused role rather than a short-term stepping stone opportunity
Compensation
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $70K-$90K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we're considering multiple levels for this role.
  • Unlimited vacation
  • Health Insurance (including an option completely covered by Fora HQ)
  • Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Wellhub Memberships
  • 401k plan with company match
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Supplemental Life Insurance
  • Stock Options

This role is based in our beautiful New York City office (Tribeca/Fidi) with lots of natural light and great views.
