Define the most appropriate way for digitalized communication Train the COL-BO team for AI video production Provide guidance and best practices for sustainable production in the long run Expected deliverables: 1) Training and skill development Structured Training Program: Define and develop a complete pedagogical plan including learning objectives, session schedule, and prerequisites Hands-on Workshops: Practical sessions on leading AI video tools (e.g., GPT4, Google Flow, ClipChamp, others, ...)
