Are you an experienced caregiver who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care and knows how important dignity, patience, and safety are when helping someone with their daily routine?

At Home Instead, we're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers with personal care experience to help older adults remain safe, independent, and engaged in the lives they love.

Flexible Day & Weekend Hours

We're hiring for part-time daytime availability, including:

  • Mornings: 8 AM – 12 PM

  • Afternoons: 1 PM – 5 PM

  • Weekend daytime visits (weekend premium included!)

Available mornings, afternoons, weekends—or a combination? We'll work with you to build a schedule around your availability.

What You'll Do

This role goes beyond companionship. Depending on the client's care plan, you'll provide:

  • Hands-on personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting-related assistance

  • Mobility support and help safely navigating the home

  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Transportation to appointments or errands

  • Companionship and meaningful engagement

  • Clear communication about changes or concerns

Throughout each visit, you'll help clients do as much as they safely can for themselves while stepping in confidently when support is needed.
