Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider - Hospitalist - Night Shift (7p-7a)
Aultman Hospital - Canton, Ohio
Aultman Health System, recognized as a trusted healthcare leader in Northeast Ohio, is dedicated to bringing high-quality, compassionate care to the communities we serve, and is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider to deliver personalized inpatient hospital care
Position Highlights
  • Part-time, hospital-employed position within the Aultman Health System
  • Collaborates with the hospitalist physicians to admit, discharge, and care for patients during their stay as well as provide consultation services as requested
  • Demonstrates ability to competently provide individualized goal directed nursing care to patients through assessment.
  • Partner with community primary care providers, various medical/surgical specialties, nurses and other healthcare ancillary team members to coordinate and administer care to Aultman patients
  • Structured support system-featuring brief daily huddles, regular division meetings, and an annual offsite retreat-ensures that our providers can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.

Position Qualifications
  • Licensed to practice as either an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Ohio
  • Minimum one year in Acute Care setting preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; strong organization skills; ability to stimulate new ideas and create an environment of teamwork
