Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams across various departments.
  • Prepare work orders and necessary paperwork for crews as new projects begin, following a set calendar.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce OS, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets for both active and completed projects.
  • Coordinate with municipal and state departments to gather information and prepare job sites for upcoming work.
  • Communicate with subcontractors to ensure they have complete and accurate information regarding project scopes.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
  • Organize and maintain both paper and digital records, including filing and document upkeep.
  • Occasionally pick up and deliver applications, permits, or related documents from municipal offices in Southeast Michigan and Northern Ohio using a company vehicle.
