As a part-time Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to internal teams across various departments.
- Prepare work orders and necessary paperwork for crews as new projects begin, following a set calendar.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce OS, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets for both active and completed projects.
- Coordinate with municipal and state departments to gather information and prepare job sites for upcoming work.
- Communicate with subcontractors to ensure they have complete and accurate information regarding project scopes.
- Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
- Organize and maintain both paper and digital records, including filing and document upkeep.
- Occasionally pick up and deliver applications, permits, or related documents from municipal offices in Southeast Michigan and Northern Ohio using a company vehicle.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow directions accurately
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred: Experience in construction or skilled trades
- Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Salesforce
