As a General laborer for HomeSpec, you will be on a team that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high quality foundation and waterproofing repair products and provide the customer with a remarkable experience. But that’s not all, you will also be impacting homeowners’ lives by solving the most serious issues with their homes.

What You Would Do as a General Laborer:

• Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each job
• Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods; jobs include drainage systems, foundation repairs, and working in crawl spaces & basements
• Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company
• Provide a remarkable experience to our customers
• Be a team player with 3-4 other crew members
• Crew members work Monday-Friday; typically 40-50 hours a week

What you will need to be successful in the role, as a General Laborer:

• A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability
• 1+ year(s) of experience in construction or a related field is preferred
