Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator – Idealease

Job Description:

We're looking for an organized, customer-focused team member to serve as the first point of contact for our rental, lease, and contracted maintenance customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives on staying organized, and takes pride in providing excellent service.

Part-time position, 7:30am–12:30pm preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist rental, lease, and contracted maintenance customers via phone, email, and in person, serving as a key point of contact for the office
  • Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately
  • Book truck rental reservations for commercial customers
  • Assist with processing shop repair orders
  • Assist with management of customer insurance documentation
  • Maintain and file all paperwork, including DOT records, in proper chronological order to ensure ongoing fleet compliance
  • Assist with scheduling maintenance appointments with customers for their fleet vehicles
  • Conduct inbound/outbound inspections of trucks
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Neat, organized, and detail-oriented, especially with filing and recordkeeping
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and professional demeanor
  • Strong team player with a dedication to customer and service excellence
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Apps (including Sheets)
  • Able to learn and consistently follow DOT, maintenance, and administrative procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
