La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries is currently seeking a mature, positive, enthusiastic and results driven PART TIME administrative assistant.

**Shifts are a combination of, evening, and weekends. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability. On average you will work 10-25 hours p/week. ***

Who we are looking for?

La-Z-Boy administration department responsibilities include processing sales related paperwork, accepting payments, assisting customers with scheduling deliveries and pickups, plus maintaining communication with customer care centre personnel. The successful candidate will also perform general office duties including (but not limited to) filing and answering telephones in a prompt and courteous manner, maintaining a neat and professional administration area, and basic accounts receivable. You must consistently demonstrate through daily activity the ability to support the sales team, maintain company files and balance and reconcile daily receipts & reports. The successful candidate will work closely with both our sales team and managers. Strong computer skills, a good phone presence, excellent communication skills and Customer Service/administrative experience in home furnishings or retail is an asset.
