Job description

Our Showroom Support Specialists are a critical part of our team and provide excellent service to our customers in the store and on the phone, and earn commissions in addition to hourly pay plus you get discounts on appliances!
As a Showroom Support Specialist, you will:
  • Greet customers at the front desk as they enter the store; determine the purpose of their visit
  • Notify the appropriate sales associate when a customer needs assistance
  • Efficiently determine the nature of phone calls to appropriately direct each call
  • Balance cash and credit card accounts
  • Look up customer records using NetSuite software

Hours:
2-3 nights a week (4:30pm-8:00pm) and every other weekend (Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm, Sunday: 12:00pm-5:00pm)
