Job Title: Part-Time Admin Support
Location: New York (3 days on-site)

What This Role Will Do

Our Valuations team is seeking an Admin to support the Energy & Infrastructure valuation team to provide critical support in managing workflows, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring seamless internal operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels in organization, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys contributing to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send transmittals while maintaining an accurate tracker in Excel to monitor progress and follow-ups.
  • Manage invoicing processes in Excel and assist in Work-in-Progress (WIP) tracking to support financial oversight.
  • Update language, figures, and formatting in valuation reports, appraisals, and cost segregation studies using Word.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in Excel-based models, supporting the valuation team with data integrity.
  • Assist with updates and data entry to keep records current and organized.
  • Prepare addendums, reliance letters, and other client communications as needed.
  • Work closely with valuation professionals to ensure smooth operations, meeting deadlines, and enhancing team efficiency.
