Job description

ANNOUNCEMENT
Southwestern Illinois College is accepting applications for part-time instructors for the Accounting (ACCT) program.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Part-time/adjunct faculty in ACCT are responsible for teaching the objectives for each ACCT course assigned, the assessment of student learning, and reporting of student progress as required by the college.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Meets the minimum instructor requirements for any course assigned. Requirements vary per individual ACCT course.
2. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers, applicable software, and Internet - dependent on the needs of course delivery.
STARTING PAY AND HOURS
Salary varies based on Educational level and number of courses taught.
