The Accounting Associate is a key member of the Bay Towel Finance Team. We are looking for a skilled Accounting Associate to perform a variety of Accounting, Reporting and Financial tasks.

Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  1. Receive checks and perform daily remote deposit.
  2. Process mail and distribute to appropriate departments.
  3. Enter and post Accounts Payable each week, which includes entering, recording and reconciling invoices to payments.
  4. Collect key business data and generate reporting to management team.
  5. All other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
