Job description

The Finance Process, Analytics, Reporting, and Technology (PART) team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated program manager to help shape the future of AI-powered finance at Apple. As part of this team, you will support Apple's growth, both top and bottom line, by applying the same level of innovation toward financial matters as we do toward our products and services. We work closely with various business teams to deeply understand current and future commercial initiatives and then partner with data engineering, data science, and full stack development teams to ensure our finance teams are fully empowered to operate efficiently and make well-informed decisions - increasingly through the use of cutting-edge AI capabilities.
Description
We are looking for an outgoing professional with strong program management instincts, high analytical capacity, creativity, intellectual curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills to support the WW Sales Finance organization. In this role, you will be embedded at the intersection of finance domain expertise and AI product development - serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the teams building next-generation AI tools for finance. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution and coordination of our AI-powered finance roadmap, ensuring work is moving forward with clear ownership, accountability, and measurable progress. The position requires the ability to understand and work with complex data sets, generated from equally complex business processes, in order to drive insights and inform product decisions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of analysis in business terms

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and curiosity about how large language models and AI-powered tools can be applied to financial analysis and reporting
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
Experience with program management tools and methodologies
Experience with data analytics tools and languages (e.g. R, Python)
Experience building interactive data visualizations and strong storytelling skills (e.g. Tableau, Streamlit)
