Job description

Installer/Laborer - Warehouse Racking

Pay Range: $18–$25/hr + Overtime + Travel Opportunities

We're looking for Racking Installers with construction or labor experience. This role is responsible for assembling and installing warehouse racking systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with tools, being a part of a team, and working across multiple job sites, this will be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Assemble and install warehouse racking systems and industrial storage equipment
  • Use hand and power tools to complete installations
  • Work on-site at customer locations with a team
  • Follow project plans and meet installation deadlines
  • Communicate daily progress with your supervisor
  • Maintain and care for company tools and equipment
  • All other responsibilities/duties as assigned  
What You Need:
  • Construction, labor, or hands-on work experience (required)
  • Comfortable using tools and working in physical environments
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
