Role Expectations:

  • Lead business operations
  • Ensure a positive environment for team members
  • Lead in sales, food cost, labor cost, and budgeting
  • Support in training
  • Inspire Team Members to deliver exceptional food & service
  • Maintain restaurant's speed of service guidelines
  • Ensure maintenance, cleanliness & organization

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years of qualifying leadership experience
  • Availability to work at least 3 Saturdays a month
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to multi-task & work effectively under pressure
  • Passion for food and commitment to excellent customer service
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
  • Previous Chick-fil-A Leadership experience preferred
