About the Role

Help keep an apartment community looking its best. This evening porter role covers a nightly walkthrough of the property, including collecting trash bags left outside resident doors and getting them to the on-site dumpster or compactor.

What You'll Do

  • Walk an assigned apartment community each evening
  • Collect bagged trash left at resident doors as part of your rounds
  • Transport collected bags to the property's compactor or dumpster
  • Keep an eye out for anything that needs attention along the way

What You Need

  • Comfortable walking a property and doing light physical work each evening
  • A pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer to haul collected trash to the dumpster or compactor
  • Reliable and consistent — same nights, same route
  • Evening availability, 5 nights a week

Schedule & Pay

1.5–3 hours per night, 5 nights a week.
