WE LOVE OUR WORK.This position will be responsible for assisting with day to day parking operations and traffic management for Greektown Casino Hotel. ย  Essential Functions ย  - Direct inbound and outbound traffic - Change and move signage as directed - Cone off and open parking spaces/levels as directed - Walk garage levels and report hazards, maintenance issues; suspicious activity to various teams - Physically count occupied and un-occupied parking spaces - Communicate parking policy to patrons - Provides the highest level of guest service - Train new team members (Traffic & Booth Attendants only) - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property and promotions - Provides guests with directions and information about Greektown District - May operate, and move guest vehicles if necessary - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property - Other duties as assignedBRING US YOUR BEST.- Ability to perform basic math functions - Excellent communication skills - Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English - Understand and comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures - Ability to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job related issues - Learn specific job duties and complete work assignments; maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques - Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions - Must provide superior guest serviceSTAY IN THE GAME.
