Position: Parking Enforcement Specialist
Location: Nashville, TN
Job Summary:
The Enforcement Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the parking enforcement and parking operations teams. This position ensures the smooth operation of parking enforcement activities through effective coordination, record-keeping, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of parking violations.
    • Maintain accurate records of parking enforcement activities, including citations issued, and appeals processed.
    • Manage the parking enforcement database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
    • Generate reports and summaries related to parking enforcement activities.
  • Compliance and Regulation:
    • Ensure all parking enforcement activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Stay informed about changes in parking regulations and update relevant documentation and team members accordingly.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service experience required.
    • Experience in a parking enforcement or public safety environment preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
