Role Description:


The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, responsible for overseeing daily parking operations across assigned facilities. This role manages frontline staff, schedules, and workflows to ensure safe, efficient, and courteous service for all customers and clients. The Operations Manager monitors facility performance, reviews financial and operational reports, and ensures adherence to company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing technology solutions, coordinating maintenance and cleanliness, and resolving customer or client issues in a timely and professional manner. The Operations Manager also supports budgeting and forecasting, prepares regular performance updates, and partners with leadership to identify process improvements and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Operations and leadership abilities, including staff supervision, scheduling, and day-to-day facility management.
  • Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
