Job description

  • Responsible for maintaining the image of store facilities, lot, and grounds through routine maintenance.
  • Performs monthly lot audits.
  • Monitors incoming and outgoing equipment, via the DIT process. Whether it be sold, transferred, demo etc.
  • Performs any additional duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner all while adhering to safety rules and regulations.
  • Clean and maintain facilities image for customers and employees.
  • Stage equipment for customer clinics, open house, or other events.
  • Maintain grounds including lawn, equipment displays and parking lot.
  • Performs basic maintenance on company equipment such as, but not limited to, oil change, refueling, changing filters and mileage monitoring.
  • Demonstrate a constant commitment to customer service.
  • Coordinates required repairs for items that cannot be completed in house Services, assembles and replaces things like light bulbs, filters, fixtures and displays.
  • Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Work independently with little or no supervision, self-motivated.
  • Must have an adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities.
  • All other duties assigned.
  • Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for maintenance purposes.
  • Experience with basic computer functions.
  • Experience working cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
