As a Healthcare Associate - Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether assisting patients with mobility needs, supporting clinical traffic flow, or transporting vehicles safely for those arriving for care, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through professional, compassionate, and hospitality-focused service.
This posting represents multiple Hospitality Associate - Driver opportunities across Towne locations. Specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment.
What You'll Do
  • Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles.
  • Patient arrival support, greet patients, visitors, and families with compassion and professionalism.
  • May assist with mobility needs to provide wheelchair assistance, help patients in and out of vehicles, and support those with physical limitations.
  • Manage hospital traffic flow to maintain clear drop-off zones, prioritize emergency access, and coordinate with security or clinical teams.
  • Follow all traffic laws, hospital protocols, and company safety standards
  • Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately

Driving Requirements

Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $$16-$17 per hour
