This position offers consistent schedules, strong benefits, and the opportunity to positively impact lives every day.What You’ll Do as a Paratransit Driver:As a Paratransit Driver, you will:
  • Safely transport passengers with disabilities to medical appointments and essential destinations
  • Provide reliable, on-time service along assigned routes
  • Secure wheelchairs and mobility devices properly and safely
  • Offer door-to-door assistance to ensure a comfortable and supportive experience
  • Deliver courteous, respectful, and professional service on every trip
What You’ll Need as a Paratransit Driver:
  • Valid MO Class E, KS Class C, or any CDL (licenses from either state accepted)
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening (including marijuana testing)
  • Availability to work at least one weekend shift
  • Flexibility for early morning shifts (as early as 3:30 AM) and/or late evening shifts (as late as 12:30 AM)
