WANTED full time legal assistant, paralegal or admin. assistant with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent English speaking, writing, reading comprehension skills for immigration, family law, estate planning office. Requires direct client contact, scan files, tab packages, open files, work directly with clients, collect and prepare documents, create exhibit lists, email, fax and file and prepare immigration, family law, estate planning, forms and legal documents, work on a team, good word processing and communication skills, must be "punctual", able to follow directions and a schedule. Bilingual preferred, Spanish or Asian language skills helpful but not mandatory. Full time with overtime available, parking, benefits.
College decree preferred, but willing to train motivated applicants; compensation: negotiable, depending on experience and job history, foreign language skills are beneficial. Principals only. Recruiters, please don't contact this job poster.
