Job Summary:
The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated SAP Workstream Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions. This role involves driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of SAP PaPM implementation projects, including environment setup, modeling, testing, and deployment.
• Manage cross-functional teams consisting of PaPM SMEs, SAP developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Drive project governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and proactive risk and issue management.
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, facilitating communication between business leadership, technical teams, and project sponsors.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage project scope, change requests, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, system integration, performance, and evolving business requirements.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and user enablement through training and documentation to support long-term solution adoption.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP PaPM or financial/performance management solutions.
• Strong SAP project management experience.
• Financial systems knowledge.
• Proven leadership in complex system integration programs.
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of SAP PaPM implementation projects, including environment setup, modeling, testing, and deployment.
• Manage cross-functional teams consisting of PaPM SMEs, SAP developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.

• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, facilitating communication between business leadership, technical teams, and project sponsors.
